1. Service

Pasito provides AI-generated lesson recaps from tutor-uploaded audio. We are not a substitute for human tutoring — recap quality depends on input audio + AI model performance.

2. Account

You are responsible for keeping your magic link emails private. One person per account. We may suspend accounts violating these terms.

3. Plans & billing

• Free trial: 14 days, no card needed.
• Subscriptions: monthly or yearly, auto-renew, cancel anytime in settings.
• Refunds: pro-rata on annual plans only, at our discretion.
• Price changes: 30 days email notice.

4. Limits

Plan limits (lessons/students) are listed on the pricing page. Going over the limit pauses lesson processing until the next billing cycle or upgrade.

5. Acceptable use

• Don't upload audio you don't have rights to (e.g. recordings of people without their consent).
• Don't reverse-engineer the AI pipeline or bulk-scrape student endpoints.
• Don't use Pasito for harassment, illegal content, or PII you shouldn't have.

6. Service availability

We aim for 99.5% uptime. No SLA on free/Solo plans. Pro/Studio: best-effort recovery within 24h.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pasito is provided "as is". Our liability is capped at the fees you paid in the last 12 months.

8. Termination

You may delete your account anytime from settings. We may terminate for violation with 14 days notice (or immediately for severe violations).

9. Disputes

Polish law applies. Venue: Warsaw, Poland. EU consumers retain mandatory protections of their home country.
